A Burger Joint With A Backstory
Ox Burger isn't another smash shop chasing trends. Born on E Madison Street in Seattle, we cook the burger we always wanted to eat: crispy edges, beefy crunch, sauces with attitude. The classic Cheeseburger nods to the diner counters of our youth. The Deluxe stacks bacon, American, iceberg and pickles like the patriotic pile-up it should be.
Then there's the Lao Burger - our love letter to our sister restaurant, Taurus Ox. Two patties, provolone, cured pork belly, taro stem, and house-made jaew bong mayo. American technique, Lao soul, Capitol Hill swagger. We sub Impossible patties on request and we don't charge extra for it.

Word On Madison Street
Everything is always superb. Hand Cut Fries are crisp outside, light and fluffy on the inside. Chicken Sandwich was mildly spicy with purple onion and lettuce... delicious. The Fish Sandwich is the ultimate. The Cheeseburger is reminiscent of the deliciousness of my youth. Worth every dollar.
The Lao Burger is incredible: it has a subtle but not overwhelming level of spice but has so much depth of flavor that I am blown away. Their Chicken Sandwich is perfectly crunchy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth juicy chicken inside.
My gf and I both agree that Lao burger is probably the best burger we've ever had. The mayo has a hint of spice to it but it's very subtle and all the ingredients blend in so well. French fries are always nice and crispy.
